We Guarantee Everything We Sell
Unfortunately at Ngozi Sweet Blessings, we DO NOT offer refunds. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return for a full exchange, subject to the following policy:
- All exchanges should be accompanied by an original receipt. If the item was a gift, please contact us.
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt of product. If this item was shipped, it would be within 7 days after you signed received for your package.
- The returned or exchanged product should be unused & undamaged with all original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. This includes the cost for returning the package to us and for the new order to be shipped to you. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. Upon receipt of returned goods, shopngozi.com reserves the right to deny return if the product does not meet policy requirements.
- Only purchases made on shopngozi.com will be eligible for exchanges. We will not exchange if you have purchased from one of our stockists.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Please note we can't accept returns or exchanges for any of our Skin/Body care items. These would include our butters and organic soaps.
Damaged Items
We try to ensure the quality and safe delivery of all our products. If your item arrived defective or broken, please contact us immediately via email at ngozisweetblessings@gmail.com
How to Make an Exchange
Please contact us at ngozisweetblessings@gmail.com to initiate an exchange. Our team will be happy to assist you with the process for eligible items.

- All products are for external use only.
- Don't use a product if you have any known allergy or sensitivity to any of the ingredients listed.
- Discontinue use if you experience any skin irritation.
Order Cancellation:
If you would like to cancel your online order, it must be within 24 hours from your original purchase time and date. In those circumstances where orders are fulfilled within that time frame, we would not be able to cancel your order. Please email us at ngozisweetblessings@gmail.com cancel your order if it is within that 24 hour period.

Orders will not be processed without full (100%) payment upfront
For custom orders, full payment is required upfront. This includes the following items favours, gift boxes and orders with a quantity of 12 and over
For wholesale orders (retailers), full payment is required upfront. Our wholesale minimum begins at twenty-four (24) items.
Once an invoice/estimate is approved by you and Ngozi Sweet Blessings, payment confirmation should be sent to ngozisweetblessings@gmail.com
If you are booking a Candle Making Xperience, please note that payment must be made in advance of 3 days of the event. Last minute cancellations (24 hours before the event or less) will cause for only 50% of your payment being refunded). Otherwise, it is recommended to reschedule a new date.
